I worked with Jessie, Lilyanna and Lili we did three reports and ending, beginning and weather report. I think we could of improved on getting the news report correct, using costumes and looking up to the camera more often. I did use my time wisely I finished my news report, so I was waiting for others in my group to finish there news reports. I think our group worked pretty well together although some people were away a few days and it made it hard to get parts of our news report.
Mission day reflection
For our store we did an ice cream palour called cold rock, I worked with Ava and Millie. I had to get the toppings to put in the ice cream and my role on the day was scooping the ice cream getting the cups napkins and spoons ready and working on the cash register. I think our stall went pretty well overall. I was proud of the way we had teamwork and if there was a problem we would work it out together. Some things that went well was that we had a container full of water to wash things so it wasn’t messy in the end. We also had a roster witch worked well because everyone knew where they had to be, and order sheets so we were not yelling at each other. For next time I think if everyone remembered what they had to bring it would of gone more smoothly. But overall it was a fun day and very successful

When we got home we had pizza for dinner watched TV then went to bed. The next day dad and I went to watch the footy in geelong, we found some netball courts and practiced on them. When we got home not long after Mum and Jimmy arrived home with a brand new puppy. After they had stayed the night in Kilmore they drove up to Bendigo to pick her up. Her names Lucy and she’s Jimmy’s dog she is a staffie cross ridgback. After we welcomed her we got in the car and excitedly drove to the pet shop to pick ou a collar some food and treats.

Hamilton island
You can walk along the black cold road at night back to the hotel in shorts and a shirt, the weather has a light breeze but it’s still hot the light breeze makes my hair wave through the air. I wake to the sun shining through cream brown curtains I pull them open and let all the sun through, I take one last look at all the people kiaking, on the cats, stand up paddle boarding, people playing volleyball and the heavy amount of people snorkelling then head out to breakfast!
Prince Charles
He was wet and icky and we (Georgia and I) had the job of drying him. We grabbed towels and tried to capture him, but he is smarter than so he got away. After we struggled to get him we did and instead of drying him with towels we went and got the hair dryer out and blow dryed him his hair was everywhere it was like a sucking machine but the complete oppisite you could see his skin it felt so soft nothing like old peoples wrinkle skin it was like a little baby’s! After that Georgia changed his name to prince Charles.
Mums birthday
we gave her presents the night before her birthday because of school. She was excited a bit too excited It was like she was a little child again! She ripped open the rapping I could hear the sticky tape being pulled apart. After presents we enjoyed really thick ice cream that made me shiver and some really fresh sweet strawberries.
Literacy project reflection
The creation stories
I think I achieved my goal by getting it all in on time. I learnt about the different aboriginal stories and wrote about one. I learnt about how the world was made in seven days and I read a version of it then put it into my own words. I also read about moon and the morning star I looked into that one longer then the others because I found it hard to understand but eventually I had it in my own version completed. Next time I am hoping to do a harder success criteria and compare it and have it all shown in my book ready to go.
